Beginner Low	Produces no language worth rewarding
Beginner Med	Offers no relevant information and is unable to formulate clear opinions or sentences. Pronunciation is poor and inconsistent and communication is hesitant and disjointed. Has limited vocabulary. Consistently inaccurate use of structures.
Beginner High	Opinions are limited to basic questions and relevant information provided is limited.  Answers are short and show little or no initiative. Hesitant and accent regularly impedes communication. Rarely attempts complex language and is unable to overcome any problems. Generally inaccurate of basic language. Errors impede communication and are unable to use any complex structures.
pre-intermediate low	Expresses simple opinions, needs prompting and rarely expands. Generally responds well but has difficulty with more complex questions.  Hesitates occasionally and accent may impede communication. Uses an adequate range of structures and vocabulary. Less accurate in more unfamiliar language situations.
pre-intermediate Med	Expresses simple opinions and offers some personal responses conveying some relevant information. Pronunciation and intonation are generally accurate though errors may interfere communication. Some attempts to use complex language though not always successfully. Generally accurate using simple basic language.
pre-intermediate High	Expresses simple opinions and responds to a wide range of questions; occasional prompting required. Occasional errors impede communicate though has resources to maintain interaction. Uses an adequate range of structures and vocabulary. Some errors evident, particularly when using more complex vocabulary.
Intermediate-low	Expresses opinions with ease and responds well without undue difficulty and convey a significant amount of information.  Pronunciation and intonation are generally good.  Uses a relatively wide range of vocabulary generally used appropriately and accurately.  Takes initiative occasionally.
Intermediate-Med	Frequently justifies opinions and expands replies. Takes active part in developing discussions. Uses a relatively wide range of vocabulary generally used in appropriately and accurately. Generally responds without undue hesitations. >Accent is noticeable but does not impede communication.
Intermediate-High	Confidently expresses opinions and attitudes. Able to sustain conversation with ease and without undue hesitation. Uses a wide range of vocabulary appropriately, accurately and precisely. Pronunciation and intonation are clear.
Advanced	Confidently expresses opinions and convey a lot of information. Pronunciation and intonation are consistently comprehensible and clear.
upper Advanced	Advanced Accent in no way impedes communication. Have appropriate linguistic resources to be able to overcome problems and maintain interaction.  Full range of tenses, subordinate clauses, etc. is used very competently and appropriately to convey information.

[General Rules]     
     
1. Public Holiday（祝日)     
CELIの講義日程はフィリピンの祝日により変動します。フィリピン祝日の授業料は返金されません。     
     
2. Behaviors（態度）     
品行不良のため、退学とされた場合、料金は一切返金されません。     
品行不良は意図的な学校の器物破損や破壊、禁煙エリアでの喫煙、校内や寮での飲酒、教室、コンピューター室での食事、     
学級の雰囲気を乱す行為、異性間との就寝、などの学校の秩序を守らないものが含まれます。     
     
3. Fee Transfer（料金の譲渡)     
料金は、他の機関や学生に譲渡することができません。     
学生が講義をキャンセルした場合、他の学生に料金を譲渡したり、他の語学学校に所定の料金を支払うことはできません。     
     
[Class Swapping、Extension]     
     
授業変更（1:4 => 1:1または1:8 => 1:1）、授業の追加、登録の延長などは、チームリーダーの先生とAcademic Coordinatorに相談してからできます。     
授業up-grade（1 ：1）、変更後に再down gradeは許可されません。     
     
[Dormitory Regulations]     
     
寮内では以下のような一般的なルールを守ってください。     
外出時は必ずドアに鍵をかけ、必ず電灯とエアコンをオフにしてください。     
電灯やエアコンをつけたまま外出した場合penaltyをお支払いいただきます。     
電気製品の使用後は必ずプラグを抜いてください。以下の事項は、寮内での使用が禁止されています。     
・寮部屋の中で加熱製品を使用     
・寮部屋への酒類の持込、飲酒     
・寮内での喫煙     
・外部訪問者が寮に滞在すること     
     
[Refund Policy]     
     
1.フィリピン祝日による授業分の返金はされません。     
2.欠席分の授業料の返金はありません。     
3.学校の規則違反、不良態度などによる退校処置の場合は返金されません。     
4.CELI到着前のキャンセル：総費用の残りの期間の費用の20％と手数料 USD400を除いて返金いたします。     
5.CELI到着後のキャンセル：総費用の残りの期間の費用の20％と手数料 USD600を除いて返金いたします。 （ただし、残りの期間が3週間未満の場合は、払い戻し不可）     
6.返金時は学生が支払った貨幣で返金します。     
7.延長した期間に対する返金はできません。     
8.授業の変更・追加分に対する返金はできません。     
9.返金は学生がした銀行口座へ行われます。     
10.留学エージェントを通して登録した場合はエージェントを通して返金されます。
